Hello, I am Khrystyna Mazhula, your mortgage advisor. I am dedicated to providing you with superior service. I will work with you from the pre-approval and application to the closing and beyond. I will help you make informed home financing decisions that meet your homebuying or refinancing needs, including helping you understand how much you can borrow.
For most people, their home is the most important investment. That’s why consulting with someone who understands the mortgage process and will ensure you get the appropriate product that best fits your financing needs is essential.
I was born in Ukraine and came to America over 12 years ago as a student. My journey in the mortgage industry started over nine years ago. I have worked as an administrator, a mortgage processor, and a closer. The experience I gained over these years helps me to provide exceptional service to my clients.
Whether I am helping you finance a home purchase, refinancing your existing loan, or instructing you on how to better qualify for a mortgage in the first place, no scenario is too small or too difficult for me to put forth my best effort!
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my three kids, my husband, and our dog. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
I speak English and Ukrainian.
